AWESOME ART BY STEPHEN LOCKHART

Stephen Lockhart is an artist based on Salt Spring Island. He specializes in original portrait painting, photography, digital wizardry and design. The cover photo is an image he took from a fire tower in Salt Prairie, Alberta where he was employed in 2008. He added the image of Hazen, his niece and did some tweaking in Photoshop.
“I am content and inspired in where my photography and digital art is going. Developing my style has been a multidimensional process, experimenting in many different forms and mediums slowly coming to a more cohesive signature style. I’m loving the whole process and constantly striving to brush strokes with ethereal beauty.”
