SALLY HANSEN’S COMPLETE SALON MANICURE

The problem with this nail polish is that it is very thick and does not go on smooth. Plus, I found after 1 day of wear it was not only chipping but rubbing off. Sally Hansen calls it a “Complete salon manicure”, claiming it is a Base coat, strengthener, growth treatment, color, and top coat. As a base coat I do not agree. When I tried to remove it, the shimmer was left on my nails and took a second round with the remover. As a Strengthener this one is tough, but I broke a nail 2 days after taking it off, so I say it is not! Growth Treatment is a tough one for any product, and a concept I don’t really understand, so we’ll leave it at that. Color; well it had color. Top coat is also a no. I love the shine of a glossy top coat and this began wearing off almost immediately. In light of its problems though, I will use this polish again, but only for my toes. Stick to your old favorites if you are ever unsure when buying a new product.
